AWIth the final House vote of 217 to 215 the Central American Free Trade Agreement was won. Bush went to Capitol Hill himself to rally his own party to approve of the agreement. The agreement passed the Senate in June and will eliminate trade barriers between the U.S. and Central American countries. Nuclear.
